Background: Application of haptens to the skin induces release immune stimulatory adenosine triphosphate into extracellular space. This “danger” signal can be converted immunosuppressive by action ectonucleotidases CD39 and CD73, expressed cells. CD73 deficient mice have thicker ear swelling 1 day after challenge. On other hand, neutrophil is also essential induce contact hypersensitivity(CHS) in sensitization phase. Objective: To investigate role expression during 2,4,6-trinitrochlorobenzene (TNCB) induced CHS reactions. Methods: Wild type (wt) were subjected TNCB CHS. In different mouse strains, resulting reaction was recorded. And ears wt painted with agonist. Results: mice, compared increased infiltrated skin.
